Tochigi (栃木県, Tochigi-ken) is a landlocked prefecture in the Kanto Region. One of Japan’s most popular tourist attractions, the city of Nikko with its famous Toshogu Shrine, is located in Tochigi Prefecture. The prefectural capital is Utsunomiya.
