Ehime Prefecture (愛媛県, Ehime-ken) is located on the island of Shikoku. The prefectural capital is Matsuyama, which is best known for its castle and Dogo Onsen, one of Japan’s oldest hot springs. Other towns of interest are Uchiko, Ozu and Uwajima.
